Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Odoo Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for customizing, developing, and maintaining Odoo modules to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate has strong Python skills and deep knowledge of the Odoo framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.)
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for Odoo integrations
• Optimize database queries and improve system performance
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders on deliverables
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot production issues
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews

Required Skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL
• Experience with Odoo module customization and ERP workflows
• Familiarity with Odoo deployment and server management
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
